These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of digital products offered through the ELISE HALL EDITIONS website.

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ELISE HALL EDITIONS sells downloadable digital products in PDF format.

The products offered are exclusively digital. No physical product is shipped.

3. Purchase process

To make a purchase:

  1. The user selects the product.

  2. They enter the necessary information for billing.

  3. The user expressly accepts these Purchase Conditions.

  4. The user makes the payment through the available secure gateways.

Once the payment is confirmed, the user will receive access to the digital file.

ELISE HALL EDITIONS reserves the right to refuse orders in case of technical error, suspected fraud or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Price and taxes

Prices are shown in the corresponding currency and include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.

ELISE HALL EDITIONS reserves the right to change prices at any time, although the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Digital nature of the product

The user acknowledges that:

  • The product purchased is digital content.

  • Delivery is made via electronic download.

  • There is no physical support.

It is the user's responsibility to have the appropriate technical means for downloading and viewing the file.

6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations on consumer rights and e-commerce, the right of withdrawal will not apply once:

  • The delivery of digital content has begun,

  • And the user has given their express consent for the immediate execution of the contract,

  • Acknowledging that he loses his right of withdrawal.

By accepting these Terms and completing the purchase, the user expressly consents to the immediate start of the download and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

7. License to use

The purchase of a digital product does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights.

The user is granted a licence that is:

  • Personal

  • Non-exclusive

  • Non-transferable

  • For private use only

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Reproducing, distributing, or publicly communicating the content.

  • Sharing the file with third parties.

  • Making it available online or on social media platforms.

  • Modifying the file or removing identifying elements.

8. Marca de agua identificativa

All digital products include a personalized watermark with the buyer's name and email address visible on all pages.

This measure is implemented in order to:

  • Protect intellectual property rights

  • Prevent unauthorised distribution

  • Enable identification of the source in case of unlawful dissemination.

Any manipulation, removal, or alteration of the watermark constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content sold is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

Any unauthorised use may give rise to civil claims and, where applicable, further legal liability.

10. Liability

ELISE HALL EDITIONS shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues arising from the user’s device or internet connection.

  • Failed downloads due to causes beyond the platform’s control.

  • Improper use of the purchased content.

11. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence where the purchaser qualifies as a consumer under applicable law. In other cases, jurisdiction shall correspond to the courts of the seller’s registered address.
